In the fall we moved a rose of sharon?

it was watered , %26amp; well taken care of now it's green inside but no leaves or sign of life on the outside , any idea's i don't want to loose this tree

It might take some time. Transplanting plants can send them into shock. Fertilize and water well and see what happens next year.
Reply:Do not fret. The Rose of Sharon is a late bloomer and is not flowering at this time of year at least where I live. Central states. My Rose of Sharon is just now showing a few leaf buds but will not really be full and blooming until sometime in July. It will be in full flower in August. If it is green inside, it is probably fine but is not ready to do its bloom as yet.
