Does anyone know anything about a rose of sharon treeform?

Hibiscus syriacus - Tree (Rose of Sharon - Treeform)

Zone 5 Mature size: 10-12" h x 8-10" w

Upright/oval in habit, this plant's beautiful, trumpet-shaped flowers explode into bloom in early to mid-summer, and continue to appear until fall. A nice, colorful specimen or hedge plant.

"Aphrodite" single pink/dark red blooms

"Red Heart" single white/red (eye) blooms

I hope I have the right flower.
